First Foods

Joshua has been eating a lot more real foods recently, so we had to get him a seat at the table. We are close to outgrowing our beloved breakfast room table, pretty soon we may have to actually eat in the formal dining room, whoever heard of that haha??

Trans Siberian Orchestra

In December, we were able to go to the Trans Siberian Show in Oklahoma City. It was really neat (and really loud). We ended up leaving a little early because our children were all falling asleep and we weren't sure how we were going to carry them all out if anymore of them dropped. We were kind of sad since we later heard the best part was the end, but it was a great night!

Superhero Time

I don't think a day goes by at our house that someone isn't a SUPERHERO! My boys and even Alyna love to dress up and create these epic hero stories, it is really fun to watch.

Thanksgiving 2011

So, what to say about Thanksgiving 2011...it was umm, well, interesting?!? We went up for our annual Thanksgiving with Michael's Grandma Marian in Rolla, Missouri as usual. Several other families came in for the festivities as well. The first day was fun and then after that, it kind of went downhill. One by one, people started dropping like flies with the stomach flu. One of the worst illnesses I have ever had to be exact. I didn't get until the day after Thanksgiving and that is where my pictures of the vacation end, since I was not around much after that. Anyway, it was great to see family, but definitely not one of our most exciting Thanksgivings ever. I will spare you the details, but yes every single person in our 6 person family got sick, lucky us!!
