Happy Birthday Kensie!

In November, we celebrated another birthday of mine. Michael ordered me this awesome cake that was so yummy!! We also celebrated 9 years of marriage a couple of days after this, man we are getting old!! I am so thankful for our marriage and for my time on this earth, I truly feel I have a blessed life!

Halloween 2011

This year for Halloween, I was so excited to be able to convince the kids to do one more family costume. I think the days of our cute family costumes may be officially gone for a while. With so many boys that only want to be superheros and a girl who only wants to be princesses, it is getting really hard to come up with any ideas for family costumes. But, since all of the kids are Angry Birds fans, this was pretty easy. I made all of these costumes and they were pretty easy. We had a couple of nights of Halloween, with the ward party and then trick or treating. We had a ton of fun!

Alyna's First Ice Cream Cone

Alyna has eaten plenty of sorbet in her life, but in October she had her very first ice cream cone. She did fine with no reaction, but we are still being cautious with what she eats for the time being. She loved the ice cream though! She ordered birthday cake flavor.

New Car!

Back in October, after our long trip to Utah, Michael decided to surprise me with a new car!! This is my first new car ever! I am so excited about my van, it is really awesome. It has a ton of great features, but my two favorite are the push button doors and the bluetooth system, so I can talk on my phone hands free and listen to my music. And after almost 3 months, I am still in love with it!

Trip to Utah

In October we were able to go on a trip to Utah to go to General Conference and visit family. Kathryn and Craig both flew in, so we were able to spend time with both families. General Conference was awesome as usual and the talk that I enjoyed the most from conference was given at the session we attended (here is it if you would like to read it http://www.lds.org/general-conference/2011/10/love-her-mother?lang=eng)We had a great time and I know I took pictures of the trip, but for some reason they are all missing!! So, if I find them, I will update this post with more photos, but for now here are a couple I had on my phone.
